Technical Partnerships
In order to enhance the quality of service delivery to its cherished customers, ATLANTIC WORKS LIMITED has entered into technical partnerships with some reputable foreign manufacturers. These manufacturers are ALSTOM T & D Ltd. for High Voltage and medium voltage equipment and materials, and MOELLER of Germany for low voltage equipment and materials. In addition, close links are also maintained to the other major suppliers e.g. ABB, Siemens, GE, Schneider etc.
The partnership agreements cover the following areas:
- Transfer of Technology
- Supply of equipment and materials
- Technical back-up on installation servicing and maintenance of highly sophisticated equipment.
- Training of technical staff of prospective clients both locally and overseas on operations and routine maintenance of equipment supplied and installed.
ATLANTIC WORKS LIMITED stocks basic spare parts of all equipment supplied to its clients. Other spare spares that are not stocked could be airlifted from the respective manufacturers within 48 hours of receipt of request from clients.
